IndiaLaw LLP is looking to onboard a Legal Associate for its Hyderabad office, specializing in NCLT and Corporate Litigation.

Designation:

Legal Associate - NCLT 

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Practice Areas:

• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Corporate Disputes before NCLT

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, and legal notices
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
• Coordinate with Insolvency Professionals, clients, and stakeholders
• Support senior counsel in litigation strategy and execution

Candidate Profile:

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• 4–7 years of PQE in NCLT and corporate litigation preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Familiarity with IBC procedures and Telangana/AP land laws is a plus
