Job Description

In this role at DRiV Incorporated, you will be responsible for leading the Commercial Trucks and Off-Highway (CTOH) sales team in India. Your main focus will be on developing key growth sales strategies and tactics to achieve financial targets in the CTOH segment. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets outlined in the annual budget, including individual revenue, team revenue, and collections in the CTOH segment as per the Sales Incentive Policy. - Manage opportunities and pipeline effectively in Salesforce. - Give special attention to New Product Introductions (NPI) and New Product Line Introductions (NPLIs) for 2024 and 2025. - Implement sales plans, supervise Regional Sales Managers, and ensure the team hits or exceeds annual sales targets. - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and market trends. - Set sales objectives, establish sales quotas for regions and territories, and adjust selling prices based on market conditions. - Lead and manage the Regional sales staff, provide guidance, and ensure team efforts align with organizational goals. - Seek out major clients, identify emerging markets, forecast future sales, and adapt sales plans to market shifts. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. - Maximize company profit, develop sales strategies to stay competitive and innovative. - Communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, drive organization plans for achieving sales goals. - Hold performance reviews with staff, provide feedback, and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently. - Possess detailed knowledge of offered products and foster a culture of innovation within the team. - Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: - Graduate/Bachelors in any field (Full Time). - Demonstrated background and experience with Salesforce preferred.
