The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following capabilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Solutioning and configuring Zenoti or similar ERP SaaS platforms to align with customer business processes
Designing and executing POCs and pilot implementations for large or high-priority customers
Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
Strong expertise in data migration, data mapping, and validation
Ability to identify risks and proactively drive mitigation plans
Effective handling of customer issues and expectation management
Maintaining accurate project documentation and adherence to defined processes
Ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–7 years of experience in software implementation projects
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Working knowledge of database systems
Ability to use scripts and tools for data transformation
Experience working with legacy system data structures and migration techniques
Basic knowledge of HTML/Web design (good to have)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects evaluation.
