We’re Hiring: Guiding Mentor – Incubation & Business Growth

Location: Pune (Candidates within 5 km radius preferred)

Experience: 5+ Years

At MIDAS School of Entrepreneurship, we don’t just teach business — we help students build real businesses.

We are looking for a Guiding Mentor – Incubation & Business Growth who can work closely with startups and family business successors, helping them move from idea clarity to execution, launch, and real outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Conduct pre-incubation diagnostics to deeply understand student ideas and family businesses

Identify core challenges, validation gaps, and execution risks

Guide students through idea & market validation

Create 6-month and 1-year execution roadmaps

Hand-hold students from zero stage → launch → early traction

Prepare students for MIDAS Bazar with tangible business outcomes

Mentor students on founder mindset, decision-making, and accountability

Who We’re Looking For

5+ years experience in:

Incubation / acceleration programs

Startup mentoring or advisory roles

Business consulting / growth roles

Founder / co-founder experience is a strong plus

Experience working with early-stage founders or family business successors

Strong execution mindset (not just strategy or theory)

Patient, empathetic, and comfortable explaining concepts deeply

Location Matters

👉 Candidates within a 5 km radius of MIDAS will be given first preference, as this role requires regular on-campus interaction and close mentoring.
