Incoming Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: · Inspection of Incoming Material · Products include plastic Materials PCB, Metal,Rubber, various small machined and molded products · Support material handling and ISO9000 audits for their area · Perform first article inspection on new components. · Engineering Reviews / MRBs and discussions with suppliers as needed · Perform first article inspection on new components · Ability to train and certify inspection personnel · On-going communication with co-workers and Supplier. Review/update as needed quality assurance work instructions, product specifications, and production schedules to optimize method of conducting inspections and tests, sequence of operations, and work assignments. · Document Inspection(8D, WHY-WHY ANALYSIS, RCA, CA-PA). · Be responsible for factory management, external audit coordination, on-site personnel conducting audits and improvements, and enhancing the factory's interception capabilities. · Process Improvement (Kaizen). · Knowledge of Quality Equipment(Micro Meter, Vernier, VMM, Hardness testing, QC Tools). Skills Required: · Written and verbal communication skills · Basic computer skills · Attention to detail · Analytical skills · Documentation skills · Reporting skills · Blueprint reading · Problem Solving Skills Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in a field like engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
