You will act as the main point of contact during critical events, ensure timely recovery, and keep all teams and stakeholders informed throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Assess the impact and urgency of incidents and ensure quick resolution. Lead incident response efforts and coordinate technical teams. Communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, and partners. Maintain SLAs and ensure incidents are handled within agreed timelines. Document incident activities and decisions. Conduct post-incident reviews and help improve processes. Work with teams to identify root causes and follow up on fixes. Keep incident response plans updated and effective. Provide regular reports and track incident trends. Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 operations. Requirements 3\u20135 years of experience in IT operations and incident management.
