Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Incident Manager with strong experience in incident lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in incident resolution, testing processes, Agile/SAFe practices, and cloud technologies, preferably within the automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the incident management process end-to-end.
Lead incident/issue identification, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Ensure clear communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
Support and participate in the testing process for incident fixes.
Apply Agile/SAFe practices in daily workflows.
Contribute flexibly across multiple roles/activities when required.

Good to Have

Knowledge of AI/automation implementations.
Understanding of database and reporting activities.

Qualifikationen

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3-8 years as an Incident Coordinator/Manager.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on with incident lifecycle, SLAs, escalation handling, and best practices.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, Moogsoft, Kibana/OSS).
Familiarity with functional testing and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
Working knowledge of AWS/cloud services.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
