Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Monitoring, calibrating the Inspections & Test the Quality of Milk & Milk Products with ISO Standards by implementing Cleanliness, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Practices.

Job Description: Incharge - Quality

Ensure the quality of raw milk, processing, and finished dairy products.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures and food safety standards.
Conduct regular lab tests, inspections, and audits.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
Train and supervise quality assurance staff.
Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality improvement.
Prepare reports and documentation related to quality performance.
