As the Incharge of Quality, your primary duties will include ensuring the quality of raw milk, processing, and finished dairy products. You will be required to implement and monitor quality control procedures and food safety standards. Regular lab tests, inspections, and audits will need to be conducted to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as FSSAI and HACCP. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supervising quality assurance staff, investigating customer complaints, and taking corrective actions. Collaboration with production and procurement teams will be essential to coordinate quality improvement efforts.
