Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IN charge Physiotherapist located in Navi Mumbai. The Incharge Physiotherapist will be responsible for overseeing patient rehabilitation, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include assessing patient conditions, implementing physiotherapy treatments, and monitoring progress. The role also involves training junior staff, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with patient assessment, care plan development, and physiotherapy treatments
• Leadership and team management skills, including training and supervising junior staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy Neuro
• Professional certification and licensing as required by local regulations
• Experience in managing rehabilitation for conditions such as strokes, spine and brain injuries, and neurological disorders is a plus
