Role Summary:

Incentive Sales Expert

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Proposal Preparation & Customization

  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to incentive requirements.
  • Customize and send competitive offers based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to refine proposals to meet expectations.

Costing & Offer Management

  • Work with internal/external teams to create accurate costings for incentive programs.
  • Maintain detailed cost breakdowns to ensure targeted profitability.

Client Communication & Support

  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand requirements and respond promptly.
  • Follow up on proposals/offers and provide required updates to close deals.
  • Address all client queries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate brochures, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings and participate in discussions to support deal closure.

Project Execution

  • Support smooth execution of incentive programs by coordinating logistics and bookings.
  • Work with vendors, venues, and internal teams for seamless event delivery.
  • Provide on-site event support when required to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment tracking during execution.

Maintaining CRM & Signature Systems

  • Update CRM with accurate client data, leads, proposals, and communication history.
  • Document sales activities, follow-ups, and interactions for reporting.
  • Manage and update all files in Signature Systems for timely processing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of inbound incentive tours to India & Subcontinent (B2B), working with foreign incentive houses/tour operators.
  • High initiative, enthusiasm, good business sense, and excellent English communication & people skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, pricing understanding, and ability to shape deals internationally.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in international B2B inbound sales.
  • Creative, analytical, strong problem-solving abilities.
