Role : Inbound Sales Representative, Digital & Tele, B2C Job Highlights : Role: Individual contributor Qualification: Graduate Work From Office, Full time role, Day shift All Genders may apply Location: Mumbai 6 day working week Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati (Added advantage) Salary: 18,000-30,000 (Based on relevant experience) Incentives: Target based compensation Work Experience: Min 1 year Job Responsibilities : Prospecting and Lead Generation: Incoming calls, outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, social media, OTA platforms, villa agents Guest Consultation: Understanding potential guests requirements, needs, preferences, budgets, constraints, etc. Proposing relevant options to potential guests & helping them choose the right villa for their vacation. Proposal, Negotiation and Sales: Generating a proposal, negotiating & closing the sale with clear terms with the guests. Maximising revenue generation & occupancy for each individual villa as per targets set Coordination with guest & operations team pre, during & post guest stay Relationship management with guest, ensuring a pleasant experience during stay, getting favourable reviews, social media mentions & future lead generation. Managing & maintaining data for inquiries, guests & stay details Create and share weekly & monthly reports with management Market Research: Identify & track market trends, occupancy, pricing, etc. Required Skills : A consumer-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among guests A strong command of both written and spoken English is required Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated sales negotiation abilities Analytical & numerical skills, process oriented High level of motivation, determination and commitment Problem solving capabilities Role
