Role: Manager/Associate – Inbound Sales & Business Development
Location: Sector 68, Noida (Less than 2 km from Sector 61 Metro Station)
Start Date: Immediate Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses
Work Type: Full-time | Office-based
Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Probation Period: 3 months

About the Role
This is an inbound sales position (not field or cold calling). You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand our offerings, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound calls and online leads from prospective customers
• Drive the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure
• Conduct follow-ups via phone and email
• Occasionally meet customers in-person, if needed
• Work with a 2–5 day average sales cycle
• Edit and maintain sales scripts for high-impact communication
• Actively participate in CRM, lead tracking, and funnel management Who You Are
• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales/inbound sales (English-focused)
• Exceptional communication skills—spoken and written (English is a must)
• Skilled at handling objections and turning "no" into "yes"
• Familiar with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Persistent, proactive, and great at follow-ups •
• A team player with a pleasant personality and coachable attitude
• Available to work 6 days/week (Sunday off)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 based on experience • Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentives
