Inbound Sales Associate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Associate to manage incoming leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Engage prospects, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with potential customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Continuously follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to listen, identify customer needs, and present value propositions effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Industry – e.g., SaaS, Events, Technology Solutions etc.
• Understanding of digital sales funnels and inbound lead conversion strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
