Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets is a key performance indicator for this role. Continuous follow-up with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel is crucial, along with staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in inbound sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to listen, identify customer needs, and present value propositions effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are required. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience in industries such as SaaS, Events, or Technology Solutions, as well as an understanding of digital sales funnels and inbound lead conversion strategies.
