About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Executives with international BPO experience for our offices in Thane and Malad. The role involves handling international voice processes, supporting US, UK, and Australian clients, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls.
Provide professional support to US, UK, and Australian customers.
Resolve customer queries within defined timelines.
Maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year International BPO (voice) experience mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Flexible to work in rotational US, UK, and Australian shifts.
Comfortable with rotational 2 week offs.
Work from office Thane or Malad.
Immediate joiners required.
