Inbound Customer Service Agents

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from card members: resolve queries on account balance, order status, and payment issues.
  • Capture and document customer concerns with empathy and accuracy.
  • Use multiple tools/screens for data entry while speaking with customers.
  • Maintain professional call control and follow company compliance standards.
  • Adapt quickly to new processes, policies, and systems.

Requirements

  • Any graduate/diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong customer service or voice-process background preferred; freshers welcome.
  • Willing to work in

  • Good PC/internet navigation & typing skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and pass a background check.

Preferred

  • Experience in international call center or multilingual support.
  • Familiarity with banking/financial or payment services.
