  Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their dealmaking processes. 
 
  
  
  
  
  Responsibilities
