Responsibilities
Overall management of SPIU team and ensuring Programme milestones are met. Lead the team executing approved projects under the RAMP scheme Periodic reporting of the overall performance of Programme to the client Ensuring timely communication and compliance with all agreedupon financial and procurement procedures Establishing clear working relationship with district level agencies/key stakeholders and ensuring flow of information, discussions and feedback among the various stakeholders of the Programme; Convening meeting of the State Level Committees and putting forth issues to be decided upon from time to time during the implementation of the Programme. Support to the client to enable convergence with various schemes identified under RAMP. Support the team in varied business development activities, with focus on (but not limited to) MSME sector Strong client management skills Need to demonstrate a general enterprising attitude about work should be quick to spot opportunities and guide team members in their technical execution. Should be a very strong team player. Should be willing and flexible to undertake travel in project locations Demonstrate courage & integrity Be curious Learn, Relearn, Share & Build
Mandatory skill sets
Fluency in English language reading/ speaking/ writing; Strong report writing and data analytic skills Experience in MSME sector
Preferred skill sets
Experience of working in organizations offering similar scope and job description Minimum 10 years of experience in managing development projects preferably in MSME domain At least 3 years experience in Programme implementation in a leadership role. Preferred work experience at State Government level, in managing and leading MSME Programmes.
