In Process Quality Assurance(IPQA)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor in-process activities during food production to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
• Conduct real-time inspections of production lines, including hygiene checks, process parameters, and product specifications.
• Verify and approve line clearance before the start of production and packaging to prevent cross-contamination.
• Review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and packaging records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure traceability of raw materials, in-process, and finished products through proper documentation.
• Identify and escalate deviations or non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
• Train production staff on hygiene practices, SOPs, and quality standards.
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Chemistry
• 0–1 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance roles.
  

Salary :15k-16k
