Experience:Minimum Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is required.
Educational Qualification:B.Tech/BE with Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) is preferred.

Deliver Sourcing and Procurement transformation projectsin the areas of strategic cost reduction, sourcing optimization, procurement transformation, and intelligent procurement by using tools such asKinaxis, Blue Yonder and O9 Solutions working with mid-to large sized teams.-Understand the clients business, priorities and leadership agenda-Maintain close relationships with clients to understand requirements-I mplementing automation in areas like order processing, warehouse management, and transportation to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.-Reducing costs across all areas of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, logistics,and warehousing-Gaining real-time visibility into the entire supply chain to identify bottlenecks, track shipments,and respond quickly to disruptions.-Co-create with the client, articulate transformation,and drive innovation agenda for the client-Establish self as a trusted advisorwith client leadership through an in-depth understanding of The client as well as industry cross-functional experience in digital supply chain planning and procurement-Build networks at Accentureto bring the best of Accenture to the client-Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilitiesto drive additional businessProfessional & Technical
Skills:
Proven experience across industries like Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing with in-depth digital supply chain expertise and handling clients especially in the Indian marketDemonstrate sustained expertise in cost optimization by leveraging technology to improve efficiency, enhance visibility, and streamline operations across the entire supply chainExperience of 8 years in consulting with domestic consulting experience is preferredStrong program management skillssuch as budget management, project planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skillsAbility to solve complex business problemsand deliver client delightExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsCross-cultural competencewith an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
