Import & Export Executive

We are seeking a competent Import-Export Executive to manage and streamline both domestic and international supply chain operations for our company. The ideal candidate will coordinate personnel, processes, and documentation to ensure the effective and timely distribution of goods.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, independent, and customer-focused, with strong knowledge of import-export procedures, logistics documentation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Location: Wadala East, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Import-Export Functions:

• Prepare and send shipping documents to clearing agents.
• Upload and manage payment documents.
• Book online airway-bills for courier shipments.
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and internal teams regarding shipments.
• Review paperwork to ensure accuracy of shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees.
• Ensure compliance with import-export regulations, customs, banking, and insurance requirements.

Logistics Functions (Domestic & Supply Chain):

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Optimize the use of premises, assets, and communication channels.
• Recruit, manage, and coordinate logistics staff (truck drivers, warehouse personnel) according to operational needs.
• Supervise orders and stock raw materials and equipment to meet production requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
• Plan, track, and monitor the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of warehouse stock, shipments, and executed orders.

Basic Criteria:

• Gender: Male
• Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce or technical college degree. Diploma in Import-Export Management preferred.
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience: 3–8 years (preferably in Chemical Logistics or Chemical Import-Export). Candidates from other industries considered if highly competent.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluency in verbal and written English; must speak clear English.
• Strong knowledge of import-export procedures, customs, banking, insurance, and logistics documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,308.15 - ₹34,655.07 per month
