Import Export Executive

Role Overview: As an Import-Export Coordinator, your role involves managing the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods by preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Your responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with import-export laws and regulations, preparing documentation for audits, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate import and export process with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant parties. - Prepare and review shipping and customs documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations. - Arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays. - Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations, staying updated on customs requirements. - Assist in preparing import and export documentation for audits and compliance checks. - Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions. Qualifications and Skills: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. - Proficiency in import-export software, Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of customs regulations. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines. - Analytical mindset to identify and resolve operational problems. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. - Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,
