Import Export Documentation Manager

Accounting and Finance Responsibilities 1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally. 2. Must have expertise in filing GST, TDS, and ITR independently, with hands-on experience without any support. 3. Handle accounts payable and receivable. 4. Prepare financial statements and reports. 5. Conduct regular reconciliations of bank and cash accounts. 6. Manage invoicing and billing processes. 7. Ensure compliance with accounting principles. ● Knowledge of international trade regulations, **GST, **customs laws, and **EXIM policies ● Liaise with banks for Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Entry, remittance documentation, and forex transactions. ● Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agents), freight forwarders, and shipping companies for documentation and customs clearance. ● Track forex rates and manage risk in currency fluctuation for import/export transactions. ● Monitor and process all customs clearance documents. ● File and reconcile GST returns related to import/export (e.g., IGST on imports, export without payment under LUT). ● * Maintain records for input tax credit (ITC) and duty drawback/refund claims. ● * Ensure accurate financial documentation for all import and export transactions (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, packing lists). ● * Validate the correctness of customs duty, IGST, and other applicable taxes and charges. ● * Ensure compliance with Indian Customs, FEMA, DGFT regulations, and international trade laws. Preferred Skills & Tools ● Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, GST, customs laws, and EXIM policies.
