Job Description

Role Overview: As an Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and import process of solar equipment and components. Your role will involve coordinating with suppliers, handling documentation, ensuring timely shipments, and collaborating closely with logistics and finance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate import purchases of solar materials and equipment - Prepare and manage import documentation and customs clearance - Track shipments and ensure timely delivery - Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics teams - Maintain accurate purchase records and assist in cost control - Resolve issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies - Support procurement team with vendor follow-ups and order management - Coordinate with the exim team for smooth operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in import purchase coordination - Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory - Good understanding of import/export procedures and documentation - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks Please share your resume at 6351726273 if you meet the above requirements.
