Import Coordinator

As a Work Coordinator at Sunrise Imports and Exports Co., your role will involve managing daily operations related to imports and exports. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers and buyers, overseeing logistics and supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will handle documentation, monitor inventory levels, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations related to imports and exports - Coordinate with suppliers and buyers - Oversee logistics and supply chain activities - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Handle documentation - Monitor inventory levels - Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: - Experience in supply chain management and logistics coordination - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Knowledge in import and export documentation and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using relevant software tools for inventory and documentation management - Ability to work on-site in Surat - Experience in the textile, food, agricultural, or petrochemical industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field The salary for this position ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 Rs. per Month.
