Implementation Specialist

As a software implementation specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, training, and implementing Posist POS, Posist Cloud POS, and integrating with third-party systems. Your key responsibilities include: - Configuring, installing, and training clients on Posist product suites and associated integrations for strategic projects. - Creating project plans for each client, outlining tasks for timely software system installation. - Educating clients on software usage and custom features, providing specialized documentation for each client. - Installing customized software systems and required components. - Communicating with clients throughout the customization process, gathering feedback and approvals. - Ensuring the project team is aware of deliverables and milestones, offering technical support post "go-live." - Obtaining project sign-offs. Qualifications required for this role are: - Degree in a technical or hospitality domain. - Proficient in professional written and spoken English. - Knowledge of a second language is advantageous. - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Project management capabilities. - Outgoing personality with confident presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers at all organizational levels.
