Implementation Specialist

• Develop, customize, and maintain digital signage visual applications of varying complexity, size, and scope within Poppulo s proprietary Content Management System (CMS).
• Execute testing protocols for customer applications, software modifications, and upgrades by adhering to predefined test cases; analyze results and provide actionable feedback and solutions.
• Provide expert advice and training to customers on the utilization of our software platforms.
• Analyze integration data and propose solutions based on industry best practices.
• Conduct final quality assurance (QA) and end-user testing for implementations.
• Manage third-party feed/content fulfillment processes.
• Assist in resolving technical support cases related to software implementations.
• Uphold company values, promote an inclusive workplace, and contribute to the achievement of the company s vision and strategic objectives

Technical Skills / Competencies

• 4+ years of experience working with software and hardware systems, web design and development, APIs, and SQL databases.
• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
