What Impact You Will Have

You will lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) implementations in India, ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Submer leads the way in sustainable data center cooling. Our MEP teams ensure that every solution is engineered, deployed, and optimized for performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and client teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and local compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions during installations.
  • Report on progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • A strong background in MEP implementation in industrial or preferably data center environments.
  • Excellent project management and technical skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
