Job Description

The Data Implementation Specialist is responsible for preparing, transforming, and importing customer data. This role involves working with Excel, SQL, and Power BI to manage data uploads, ensure quality, and support implementation timelines. Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities:


Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.
Communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time.
Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Requirements:


Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
2 to 4 years experience in data management, implementation, or technical support roles.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., formulas, data cleanup, pivot tables, macros).
Experience using SQL for data extraction, transformation, data upload, and reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards, data models, and visual reports to support business decision-making.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines
Excellent organizational habits with the ability to manage detailed tasks across multiple projects.
Comfortable working independently with limited real-time supervision.
Prior experience working across time zones and communicating via Slack/email preferred.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or data integration tools is a plus
