Implementation Data Specialist

You will be part of Rippling's Enterprise Implementation team, contributing to the company's growth and product adoption as a Data Specialist. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the Implementation Team to manage projects through JIRA, ensuring effective communication and execution. - Identifying opportunities for process and product improvements, with a focus on automation and enhanced features. - Owning documentation related to processes and product enhancements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for the team. - Validating and QA complex data sets to ensure data accuracy and proper customer account setup. - Assisting in the organization's scaling and growth. To be successful in this role, you will need: - At least 2 years of experience in a data role at a tech company. - Proficiency in Google Sheets, Jira, Salesforce, and Slack. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers. - Project management skills, product ownership mindset, customer-centric approach, and problem-solving abilities. - Proactive mindset with attention to detail to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience. - Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.
