Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Implementation Specialist at Aumni Techworks, you will be responsible for preparing, transforming, and importing customer data using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Your role will involve managing data uploads, ensuring data quality, and supporting implementation timelines. Success in this fast-paced, project-driven environment will require strong technical, organizational, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Comply with organizational policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality standards. - Communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written channels. - Develop constructive working relationships with team members and nurture mutual trust, respect, and cooperation. - Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred. - 2 to 4 years of experience in data management, implementation, or technical support roles. - Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data cleanup, pivot tables, and macros. - Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, data upload, and reporting. - Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards, data models, and visual reports to support business decision-making. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines. - Excellent organizational habits with the capability to manage detailed tasks across multiple projects. - Comfortable working independently with limited real-time supervision. - Prior experience working across time zones and communicating via Slack/email preferred. - Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or data integration tools is a plus.
