Job Description

Imperva DAM L3 Job Description

Role Title: Imperva DAM Specialist (L3)

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing DAM solutions. 5+ years hands-on with Imperva DAM.
Manage and optimize Imperva DAM environments (Gateways, Agents, MX Server)
Advanced troubleshooting of policy violations, agent connectivity, performance issues
Deploy, upgrade, and patch Imperva components
Analyze database activity logs for anomalies and breaches.

Define and implement audit and security policies.
Ensure compliance with standards like PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, SOX.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance database security posture

Monitor databases and instances for DAM-related incidents.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for incidents.

Work closely with SOC teams for database integration.
Coordinate with risk and compliance teams for external audit requirements

Implement capacity planning, HA, and failover strategies.
Fine-tune policies to reduce false positives and improve detection

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, Linux (RHEL, CentOS)
Familiarity with database platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with SIEM tools, ServiceNow, LDAP

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in customer-facing roles
