Roles and Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, salary, and notice period).

2. Interview Coordination & Process Management

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication.
  • Coordinate technical, HR, and leadership interviews as required.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support in conducting assessments, tests, or assignment evaluations.

3. Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate queries related to role, company, and interview process.

4. Offer Management & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate salary negotiations and final offer discussions.
  • Prepare and release offer letters in coordination with HR operations.
  • Follow up with selected candidates until their onboarding.
  • Support onboarding formalities and documentation.

5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Track metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, etc.
  • Present weekly/monthly hiring updates to management.

6. Employer Branding & HR Initiatives

  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and events.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and internal HR activities.
  • Promote organizational values and culture during recruitment interactions.

7. Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
  • Follow standardized hiring processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
