We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources department and support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a keen interest in HR processes, and a willingness to learn.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and applications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
