Job Title: International Voice & Chat Process Blended Collections

Customer Support Executive International Voice & Chat (Blended Collections)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice & chat interactions with international customers
Manage payment collections, resolve queries, and ensure timely follow-ups
Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum
HSC (12th) pass
Graduates preferred
Freshers or experienced
candidates are welcome
Excellent English communication skills
are a must
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
