Description
Job Objective We are seeking a Project Manager with a background in Enterprise application consultancy, implementations and managed services. Expertise of operating in a environment with Finance, Customer Service, Datawarehouse, Reporting and Sales applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring internal deliverables are met on time and within budget. Additionally, the role involves conducting workshops, creating scope documents, and providing strategic insights to clients, and manage this via DevOps tools. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. Workshop Facilitation: Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, present findings, and ensure alignment with project goals. Scope Definition: Develop clear and comprehensive scope documents, ensuring all project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and resources are well-defined. Stakeholder management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing communication and handling any issues that arise during project implementation. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a project team, coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to project deadlines and quality standards. Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting project progress, issues, and solutions. Budget and Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track and within allocated resources. Required Qualifications A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business/Information Technology/Finance/ Engineering/Mathematics or a related field. PMP or similar project management certifications are preferred. 10 - 14 years of overall industry experience Preferred Qualifications Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in project management within a consultancy environment. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Project / Jira / DevOPS / SilverBucket / ServiceNow or similar ITSM/Booking/PM systems Workshop Facilitation: Proven experience in conducting workshops with clients, gathering requirements, and aligning deliverables with client expectations. Documentation: Strong ability to create detailed and accurate scope documents and project plans. Project Management Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to guide project teams and foster collaboration. Client-Focused: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to build and maintain strong relationships. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Stakeholder management skills Experience in handling Global distributed teams Knowledge of std Microsoft office tools like Outlook / Word / Excel / PowerPoint
