Role hiring for :Operations Compliance

Work Location : Perungalathur

Experience : 3-7 Years

Mode : Work from office(Mandatory)

Notice : Immediate - 15 days

• As Redington Group engage with multiple vendors for distribution and services, we are responsible for adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in each Vendor Agreement or Contract. The primary role of the Operations Compliance function is to ensure that the necessary system configurations are implemented in SAP to enable transactions with partners in accordance with these agreements.
• Effective from July 2022, the scope of this function was expanded to include training and awareness initiatives aimed at strengthening vendor compliance across relevant teams and stakeholders.
• In addition, this function continuously monitors and reviews transactions to ensure alignment with vendor contractual obligations, identifying and resolving any compliance issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing vendor onboarding processes, ensuring that all due diligence activities are completed in compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage exception handling in SAP and respond to compliance-related queries received via email.
• Manage periodic vendor audits with thorough ordering document reviews to ensure timely closure, smooth execution.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, COE, business managers, and product teams to drive operational compliance across functions & deliver periodic compliance training and awareness programs to ensure alignment with vendor requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to drive technology enablement initiatives that support alignment with vendor compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent email etiquette & proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

2. Experience from distribution industry (or) OEMs (or) any Supply chain background with understanding of procurement processes, inbound and outbound operations.

3. Must have hands-on experience with SAP. Basic Knowledge of vendor contracts, distribution agreements, compliance policies & transnational audits.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
