JOB SUMMARY :

Sales Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and order processing efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, data analysis, and documentation.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and sales executives.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and client visits.
  • Travel PAN India for client coordination, project meetings, and sales support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client requirements and support the sales closure process.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Mandatory:

    Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively across India

    as per business needs.
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
