Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of
SAFEON Power Purifier
across the assigned city to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Appoint, manage, and grow
dealers and distributors
to expand market presence.
Lead, guide, and support the
field sales team
to ensure strong primary and secondary sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
electrical retailers, electricians, contractors, and builders
.
Conduct product demonstrations and promote electrical safety and power protection solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and develop untapped markets within the territory.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to stay competitive.
Prepare sales reports, monitor performance, and ensure strong
brand visibility
in the market.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in field or channel sales (electrical, appliances, power products preferred).
Strong experience in dealer and distributor appointment and management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate field sales teams.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and market-oriented mindset.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned city/region.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
