Job Description

Supports and coaches the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 sigma, through a servant leadership approach and builds the capability on the core (production) teams
Masters Focus Improvement tools, leads and contributes to projects that will reduce losses.
Support the Line Leader/Section Manager to deliver the SQCDSM targets of the line(s) and ensure process stability.
Maintain periodic KPI, scorecard for the plant. Act as a custodian for digital data tool (Solvace).
Facilitate problem solving, root cause analysis (RCA). Collaborate with the team members to identify & resolving the issues.
Live safety and quality as a value acting like a model for the team
Support the Line Leader/Section Manager developing a loss eradication mind-set and culture within the core team, starting from loss analysis
Never accept poor standards, challenge the status quo and empower others to do the same
Participate in the DMS meetings and help in data collection, data analysis and root cause analysis to put in place a loss prevention system
Lead the Focus improvement activities on the Line(s)/Section and act as a champion on IL6S work processes.
Build the capability of the line team on IL6S work processes, encourage the core teams involvement with passion and energy.
Role model servant leadership by working directly with the line(s) team to achieve more
