Role Overview: You play an important role in the department at Mondelz International, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. Your responsibilities include providing training on CI tools and techniques, helping teams collect and extract data to support CI activities, facilitating root-cause analysis, establishing new work standards, and training colleagues on CI tools and new work standards. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training on CI tools and techniques and help departments follow the established daily management system (DMS) - Assist teams in collecting and extracting data to support CI activities and the DMS - Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps - Establish new work standards to sustain improvement - Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities Qualifications Required: - CI and high-performance work systems experience - Strong facilitation and communication skills for team discussions on CI activities - Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment - Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems - Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools - Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process - Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data Additional Details: Mondelez India Foods Private Limited, formerly Cadbury India Ltd., has been in India for over 70 years, offering well-loved local and global brands such as Cadbury chocolates, Bournvita, Tang powdered beverages, Oreo, Cadbury Bournvita biscuits, Halls, and Cadbury Choclairs Gold candies.
