Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. To take care of Process Engineering & Tool Management activities in shop Floor

2. To drive continual improvement activities at shop floor & improve efficiency in process

3. To work with line supervisors/Engineers to improve productivity & Quality

4. Space creation through re-lay outing for new projects.

5. To support new projects & existing projects for updation of PPAP & FMEA

6. To support in vendor development and process establishment at their end

7. To impart process improvement training to workmen & improve their skill

8. To ensure all critical Processes are well established & monitored in Plant

(Welding/Bending/Assembly/Spinning/Stuffing/Lock seaming/Canning)

9. To ensure that process of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma/DUE/APQP are

established

10. To support and establish New Product Development Processes as per the

Customer’s requirement

11. To ensure and maintain healthy safety practices are implemented & maintained

12. To suggest management regarding Process improvement activities

13. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES activities

14. Any other task entrusted to you from time to time
