Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated IIM graduates with 13 years of experience to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth for our IT Software & Consulting services, engaging with clients across the USA, and contributing to organizational success through effective communication and relationship management.Roles & Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT/Software domain • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver suitable solutions • Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and consultants • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement • Support business development initiatives, proposal creation, and presentations • Maintain accurate reports on client interactions, leads, and opportunities
Key Skills & Competencies• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong networking, negotiation, and client engagement abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Strong organizational and coordination capabilities • Understanding of IT consulting and U.S. business practices (added advantage)
