As an I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Assoc Mgr at Accenture, you will be part of a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Your role will involve leveraging your 10 to 14 years of experience in data analytics to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to clients. You will work with a diverse team to execute analytics projects, develop industry expertise, and drive better business outcomes for clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting analytics reports, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying opportunities for innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Present analytics reports and discuss actionable insights & recommendations with clients/ POCs - Execute analytics projects to drive better business outcomes - Develop deep functional & industry expertise - Define business requirements, KPIs & Data Lineage for reporting needs - Analyze User Journeys and Webpage Heatmaps for content optimization - Manage expectations & coordination with multiple stakeholders - Identify opportunities for strategic direction based on data and analytics - Understand business requirements for new development and perform scoping analysis - Drive innovation and create additional client value through analytics innovation **Qualifications Required:** - Total 8-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics - 1-2+ years of experience leading/managing diverse teams - Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate data-driven insights - Strong verbal & written communication skills - Strong presentation skills & soft skills - Experience in project management/consulting is highly desirable - Knowledge of digital marketing, customer and social analytics, market research, and data engineering - Proficient with tools such as Kantar Track, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Hootsuite, and Talkwalker This role at Accenture offers you the opportunity to work with a global team of professionals, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
