Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have · Strong technical architecture and design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and articulate complex solutions. · Expertise in cloud-based MDM solutions, data integration, and data lifecycle management. · Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Databricks, Python, and IDMC MDM. · Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. · Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Experience · 10+ years of experience in IT consulting and delivering enterprise-scale solutions, with a focus on MDM. · Proven expertise in implementing IDMC MDM, Informatica MDM, or other enterprise data management platforms. · Solid experience with cloud architectures and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Strong background in data governance, data integration, and data quality principles. · Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. · Experience in managing large-scale multi-cloud migration projects, with a solid understanding of big data technologies such as Databricks, Spark, and Hadoop. · Hands-on experience with ETL processes, API integrations, and building data pipelines for real-time and batch data processing.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Solution Design & Architecture: o Design and architect Informatica MDM solutions that meet the client's data governance, data quality, and integration requirements. o Leverage your experience with Informatica MDM, and other relevant MDM platforms to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive business value. o Collaborate with internal teams to create scalable, secure, and high-performance

data architectures that integrate seamlessly with existing IT ecosystems. o Provide strategic input for multi-cloud solutions, focusing on cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

2 · Stakeholder Engagement: o Act as the primary technical liaison with key stakeholders (including senior management, technical teams, and customers) to understand their MDM requirements and deliver optimal solutions. o Support pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, solution presentations, and client workshops. o Translate complex business and technical requirements into a clear, understandable solution for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3 · Implementation & Delivery: o Lead the end-to-end implementation of IDMC MDM projects, including data migration, cloud integration, and workflow automation. o Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of MDM solutions. o Guide the team in ensuring proper configuration, data mapping, and stewardship of the MDM implementation.

4 · Data Governance & Compliance: o Ensure solutions adhere to GDPR, HIPAA, and other industry-specific compliance requirements for data privacy and security. o Work with data governance teams to establish and enforce best practices for data management, stewardship, and master data quality.

5 · Continuous Improvement & Innovation: o Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the implemented solutions. o Stay updated on new trends, tools, and technologies in the MDM and data governance space and recommend enhancements to improve the overall architecture. o Work with clients to propose innovative MDM strategies that enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

6 · Leadership & Mentorship: o Mentor and guide technical teams, including architects, developers, and data stewards, throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. o Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
