We're looking for an 
Identity Engineer
 who will play a key role in supporting and delivering 
Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
 initiatives. You'll work across multiple software components, solving problems hands-on, and driving improvements that directly enhance user experience and system security.This role is ideal for someone who's 
technically strong, self-driven, and proactive
, with a passion for building secure and scalable identity solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
-  Support and deliver on CIAM-related workstreams, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable implementations. 
-  Collaborate across teams to design, build, and integrate identity and access management solutions. 
-  Work on multiple software components — from backend services to cloud infrastructure — with a hands-on approach. 
-  Contribute to a structured delivery process, ensuring timely and quality deliverables. 
-  Drive initiatives independently, take ownership, and proactively seek out ways to improve systems and processes. 
-  Apply technical expertise to balance product needs, customer experience, and security best practices. 
-  Stay up to date with emerging identity standards, frameworks, and technologies. 
 
Must Have
-  Strong programming experience in Java. 
-  Proven experience working on Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). 
-  Ability to work across distributed systems and CI/CD environments. 
 
Nice to Have
-  Experience with Kotlin and Micronaut frameworks. 
 
Good to Have
-  Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. 
-  Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services — including application deployment, integration, and identity management.
