Job Description

We re looking for an

Identity Engineer

who will play a key role in supporting and delivering

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

initiatives. You ll work across multiple software components, solving problems hands-on, and driving improvements that directly enhance user experience and system security.

This role is ideal for someone who s

, with a passion for building secure and scalable identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support and deliver on CIAM-related workstreams, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable implementations.
Collaborate across teams to design, build, and integrate identity and access management solutions.
Work on multiple software components from backend services to cloud infrastructure with a hands-on approach.
Contribute to a structured delivery process, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Drive initiatives independently, take ownership, and proactively seek out ways to improve systems and processes.
Apply technical expertise to balance product needs, customer experience, and security best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging identity standards, frameworks, and technologies.

Must Have

Strong programming experience in
Java
.
Proven experience working on
Cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Ability to work across distributed systems and CI/CD environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with
Kotlin
and
Micronaut
frameworks.

Good to Have

Knowledge of
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
standards such as
OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
.
Familiarity with
Microsoft Azure
services including application deployment, integration, and identity management.
