Role & responsibilities

IB Economics

Analyze microeconomic and macroeconomic models.
Evaluate real-world economic issues using economic theory.
Study key topics: scarcity, supply & demand, market failure, inflation, unemployment, international trade, development economics.
Apply quantitative methods such as diagrams, data analysis, and written evaluations.
Complete three
Internal Assessment (IA)
commentaries on real-world economic news articles.
Prepare for
externally assessed papers

IB Mathematics (AA/AI)

Demonstrate understanding of mathematical concepts across algebra, functions, calculus, statistics, and probability.
Solve problems using analytical and/or technological tools (e.g., GDC).
Apply mathematics to real-life scenarios and modeling.
