Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver physical education lessons to students, ensuring effective teaching methods and student engagement.
Organize extracurricular sports activities such as basketball tournaments, soccer matches, or volleyball games for students of various age groups.
Develop and implement curriculum plans aligned with school goals, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Collaborate with colleagues to design co-curriculum programs that integrate physical education with other subjects like math or science.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent qualification required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a PGT/TGT Physical Education teacher in a reputed institution.
Strong knowledge of sports training techniques, rules, and regulations governing different sports disciplines (basketball).
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
